Refund policy

We are a business that uses an on demand fulfillment method, therefore we do not hold any inventory. All our products are printed to order.

Our goal is to always produce a quality product for you!

OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE -

If you receive an item that is damaged, or has a quality defect, you may receive a replacement - FOC or a full refund!

Please email us upon receipt at cs@mylittledoggyandkitty.com and include your order number, photos of the item and packaging and a description of the issue and we will get back to you ASAP. We will let you know whether a replacement / refund has been approved or not. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.

Since we are a Made-to-Order business, we can not allow cancellations or returns. All orders are final. Replacements / refunds are only approved in the situations mentioned above. For questions regarding this policy, please contact us at cs@mylittledoggyandkitty.com.
